1General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ogcasino platform and all services under it. By accessing the ogcasino.app website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Ogcasino is an internationally licensed online gaming operator offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and virtual sports. These terms have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members; however, the English version shall prevail in the event of any dispute.

2Registration & Eligibility Terms

3Account Management & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your ogcasino account. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your password with anyone. No ogcasino staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP.
• Always log out after ending your session, especially on shared devices.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Ogcasino reserves the right to temporarily lock an account in the event of suspicious login activity. The account can be restored after identity verification.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Ogcasino accepts payments via the mobile banking and online banking methods widely used in Bangladesh.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 3–5 minutes of the transaction being completed.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Payments via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games on ogcasino:

• Bet Confirmation: Bets cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted, unless ogcasino voids the bet due to a technical error.
• Odds Changes: Odds on live events change continuously. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds available at the time of submission.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is not completed, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious Error: If any odds or result are clearly erroneous, ogcasino reserves the right to correct them, even after a bet has been confirmed.
• Betting Limits: ogcasino reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any wager to protect the interests of the individual or the platform.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Ogcasino runs bonuses and promotional offers for members from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 5–30x the bonus amount, as specified in the details of each individual offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Ogcasino allows one welcome bonus per device or IP address.

Cashback Offer

Certain cashback bonuses may carry no wagering requirements — such offers will be clearly marked as "wager-free." Standard cashback bonuses typically have a 1x wagering requirement.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ogcasino. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Cheating: Attempting to hack the betting software, using bots, or artificially manipulating odds.
• Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources for any transaction. ogcasino strictly adheres to its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using an account that is not in your own name.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live games to manipulate outcomes.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Ogcasino believes gaming is entertainment — not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is at the core of everything we do.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• A cooling-off option of 24 hours to 6 months is available if you need a temporary break.

9Dispute Resolution Process

10Amendments to Terms & Effectiveness

Ogcasino reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.
• Updated terms take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance.
